Brave Spear English School

Gerard is a Canadian teacher of English in Japan. He holds a Bachelor’s in Education in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from Concordia University (Montreal). Gerard received an EFL Certificate from Panasonic, GOLD Program.

Gerard got most of teaching skills “on the job” teaching English.Gerard is passionate about getting Japanese learners to acquire a mastery of the English language.

Gerard has experience teaching Business English, English for Specific Purposes (medical, engineering, science, technology …) to private or university students, and … recently English for children.

Gerard is from Ottawa, Canada. He has been teaching in Japan for some 20 years, alwasy in the Kansai. He loves books, learning, searching the WEB, exercise, good food and wine (good beer, too).
