In Shimamoto, there is the Minase Jingu Shrine; Jingu Shrines have a special link to the Imperial Family of Japan.
At Minase Jingu Shrine, three Japanese Emperors are enshrined:
Emperors Gotoba, the most liked, and Emperors Juntoku and Tsuchimikado.

Business Venture is one of my favorite Business English textbooks.
The first books covers the essentials of Business English; first meeting, company activities, visiting a client, routines activities, appointment, requests and offers, company history, making plans, options and preferences, direction, and invitations, entertaining and goodbyes,
There are some TOEIC activities too.
Here is my first lesson:
I prepare some homework; one to be handwritten (mostly in class, but …)
And an emailed form to be typed, edited and spell checked and emailed back to the teacher.
A very good practice of writing skills in English.
English is going to be used in emails (for the most part).
My contract at Relife (in Minoh) has been renewed.

Started to use Let’s Begin 2. As useful as its predecessor (Let’s Begin 1).
Very well done.
This one covers toys, colors, shapes, numbers, animals, food, body and things you CAN do.
The online support page offers games, Let’s Play and videos, Let’s Watch, a dictionary and lots of downloads (audio, video, wallpaper, bookmarks, coloring pages and cards)
There is a workbook and good online exercises.
Kids are learning fast.
Now quite familiar with Let’s Begin 1.
Quite an interesting textbook that covers all of the alphabet with videos, a dictionary and quite a few downloads (audio, video, wallpaper, bookmarks, coloring pages and cards).
Videos, audio and a workbook makes the classes lively, interesting and instructive.
Kids learn fast!
My French class at Shimamoto has ended.
I am a bit sad. It was good to teach French again.
Looking forward to the next one.
I will be teaching a class entitled Easy Travel English at the Shimamoto Fureai Center (one station from Takatsuki) from June 7. See the schedule below.
The class will be on the 1st and 3rd Saturday, from 13:15 to 14.45.
I will use the English for Tourism Basic textbook.
